Amber Alert Issued in Alençon for Abducted Three-Year-Old Girl Khuslen

On the evening of October 6, 2025, a three-year-old girl named Khuslen was abducted in Alençon, Orne. The suspect, identified as her father Enkhbold Enkhtavan, a 36-year-old Mongolian man, allegedly took her around 9:40 PM. Authorities quickly activated an amber alert on October 7 to aid in locating the child and suspect.

Khuslen is described as having a dark complexion, black eyes and hair, standing approximately 95 centimeters tall. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a gray outfit, with a pacifier and a Mickey Mouse stuffed toy. The suspect is a slim-build man, 1.69 meters tall, with brown hair, black eyes, and a distinctive large red birthmark on his neck. He was wearing a green sweater and sneakers during the incident and is noted to have a tribal tattoo extending from his chest to his shoulder blade.

Enkhbold Enkhtavan is believed to have fled in a white Peugeot 308 with license plate EY-361-LY. Authorities have urged the public not to approach the suspect directly if spotted but to immediately call emergency services at 197 or email [email protected]. The French justice ministry confirmed the alert, emphasizing the urgency and need for public vigilance.
