Ana Carrasco, the first female world champion in speed racing, is currently sharpening her skills in preparation for the upcoming 2025 World Supersport Championship. From June 19 to 22, 2025, she participated in the France Superbike event at the Magny-Cours track, which has been crucial for her training.
As she gears up for the ninth round of the World Supersport Championship set for September 5-7, Carrasco expressed her enthusiasm about competing in her home country. "It’s a home race for the team. It’s my first participation in the French championship. It’s great to be here as there has been a lot of track time since Thursday, allowing us to practice extensively," she shared.
Teaming up with teammate Corentin Perolari under the Honda France banner, Carrasco aims to build on her significant achievements, having made history in the sport just last year. Her continued track workouts at Magny-Cours demonstrate her commitment to maintaining her podium streak and enhancing her competitiveness for the upcoming championship events.
