On June 15, Anaïs Chauvel achieved an extraordinary feat at the 2025 French Jiu-Jitsu Championship held in Villebon-sur-Yvette, winning two gold medals. Chauvel secured her victories in both her specific weight category and the overall open category, further solidifying her status as a leading competitor in the sport.

Chauvel represented the JJB 12 club, which finished an impressive 29th out of 187 clubs participating in the event. Notably, the Infinity academy, which provided support for Chauvel through partner warm-ups and encouragement, finished first in the overall standings among academies with a total of 1,327.5 points.

In light of her success, JJB 12 has announced that it will continue offering training sessions throughout the summer. Classes will be held weekly every Tuesday at 12:30 PM and Saturday at 4 PM at the Amphithéâtre, along with an additional session at the dojo in Marcillac-Vallon on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM. Interested newcomers can benefit from a free introductory class scheduled for Saturday, June 21, at 4 PM, aimed at attracting participants of all skill levels.
