The Alerte Enlèvement issued in Alençon, Orne for 3-year-old Khuslen has been officially ended without the child being found. Khuslen, of Mongolian origin, was abducted on October 6 around 9:40 PM by her presumed father, who reportedly fled in a white Peugeot 308. Despite the activation of the alert on October 7 to mobilize public assistance, authorities announced on October 8 that the search continues but the child has not yet been located.

Khuslen was described as having dark skin, black eyes and hair, wearing a gray outfit, and carrying a pacifier and a Mickey Mouse stuffed toy. The suspect, aged 36, is characterized by a slim build, 1.69 meters tall, brown hair, black eyes, a large red spot on his neck, a green sweater, and sneakers. Authorities have asked the public not to intervene directly but to report sightings via phone or email.

The alert system, inspired by the American Amber Alert and implemented in France since 2006, has been activated over thirty times, successfully locating most missing children, including a recent case in Orne where a 12-year-old was found safely after an abduction. While this alert ended without locating Khuslen, the ongoing investigation and search efforts remain a priority for law enforcement in Orne.

According to the Alençon prosecutor's office and the Ministry of Justice, further details on the circumstances of the abduction have not been disclosed. The public is urged to assist responsibly by contacting authorities with any information but not attempting direct intervention.
