Eure Gears Up for Industry Week 2025 with Over 120 Company Visits and Recruitment Drives

Industry Week 2025 in the Eure department is slated to take place from November 17 to 23, featuring an extensive program designed to showcase the industrial sector to the public and attract new talent. Organized through a collaboration between the UIMM Eure and state services alongside local enterprises, the event promises more than 120 visits to industrial companies and training organizations across the region.

This initiative highlights a significant recruitment need in the sector, with projections estimating 200,000 hiring demands in metallurgy by 2035. Average salaries in industry surpass those in other fields with comparable qualifications by 13 to 15%, offering attractive prospects for job seekers.
