France is bracing for an intensifying heatwave that is set to extend across the north and east, with temperatures soaring in various regions. Météo-France forecasts temperatures often exceeding 30°C in areas like Brittany and Île-de-France, reaching between 36°C and 38°C in southern regions, and peaking at 39°C in the southwest.
