Lyrical Festival Opens in Lamalou-les-Bains with Celebrated Performances

The 2025 Lyrical Festival in Lamalou-les-Bains has officially opened, running from July 23 to August 17. The inaugural concert featured a variety of acclaimed artists including Eve Coquart, Mikhael Piccone, Valentine Lemercier, Valérie Blanvillain, and Yanis Benabdallah, with the evening hosted by Claude Deschamps.

This year's festival is marked by a blend of national and international talent, presenting a diverse repertoire comprising operatic classics like Offenbach's *La Périchole*, Lehár's *Le Pays du Sourire*, and *Le Chanteur de Mexico*, alongside highlights from Broadway productions. The festival aims to foster a friendly atmosphere, as indicated by its commitment to free concerts in surrounding villages, making cultural engagement accessible to the community.
