Thomas Dupache Claims Gold at 2025 French Wingsuit Championships

Thomas Dupache, the reigning world champion in wingsuit acrobatics, has achieved a significant victory at the 2025 French Wingsuit Championships held in Grenoble, from August 1 to 3. Competing with the Cacolac team from Pamiers, Dupache showcased his remarkable skills, leading the team to their third consecutive national title.

The competition involved a rigorous schedule of seven jumps from 4,000 meters, consisting of a combination of imposed sequences and free sequences that emphasized both technical prowess and artistic performance. Dupache was joined by fellow performer Boris Paturet and videoman Nicolas Minvielle, with their performance being evaluated through video analysis and GPS timing for accuracy.

Dupache, who joined the Cacolac team in January 2025, has quickly established himself as a key player, contributing to the team's success as they prepare to defend their titles at the World Cup and European Championships set to take place from August 15 to 21 in Prostejov, Czech Republic. "Our training at the paraclubs in Agen and Pamiers has been fundamental, allowing us to take advantage of excellent weather conditions year-round. This victory is a testament to our hard work and dedication," said Dupache.

The Cacolac team previously celebrated their victory at the world championships in 2024 in the USA, and their latest triumph in France sets a promising tone as they gear up for the international stage.
