Trad’Envie Showcases Traditional Music at Jazz in Marciac Festival

Trad’Envie, an association focused on promoting traditional music, is making its mark at the Jazz in Marciac festival, where it has been participating for 17 years. This year, the event runs from July 30 to August 8, 2023, with dedicated volunteers present daily from 10 AM to 7 PM to engage with festival-goers and showcase the association’s artistic projects.

Trad’Envie’s mission is to blend traditional music with jazz, aiming to create a vibrant musical experience that attracts a diverse audience. In addition to their presence at the festival, they are actively promoting several upcoming events, including dance gatherings slated for January 18 and April 18, 2026, as well as their 28th traditional music festival scheduled for May 14-16, 2026. Moreover, the association will participate in the local association day on August 31, allowing the public to connect with members, learn about their initiatives, and even dance.
