Tragic Death of 8-Year-Old Boy in Nîmes Hit-and-Run Prompts Arrests

On Tuesday, February 17, an 8-year-old boy was fatally struck by a speeding car while crossing a pedestrian crossing near a tram stop on Avenue des Arts in Nîmes. The child was on his way to school when the tragic accident occurred around 8 AM.

The vehicle involved in the incident fled the scene immediately after hitting the boy, leaving him severely injured.
