Tremplin Homme et Patrimoine Wins 2025 ESS Prize for Integrating Inmates through Heritage Restoration

On November 6, 2025, the association Tremplin Homme et Patrimoine was honored with the prestigious Prix de l’ESS 2025 at a regional ceremony in Dijon. This recognition highlights their innovative program aimed at social integration by involving incarcerated individuals in the restoration of the medieval village of Brancion, located in Saône-et-Loire. The initiative offers inmates approaching release an opportunity to acquire valuable skills and experience, facilitating their reintegration into society while contributing to the preservation of local heritage.

The award ceremony coincided with the launch of the Month of the Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS) 2025 in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, an event designed to promote and develop this vital economic model.
