Vergnet SA, a leader in renewable energy solutions in France, has commenced exclusive negotiations to acquire a pivotal player in digital solutions used for climate risk management as of August 1, 2025. This targeted acquisition aligns with Vergnet's strategy known as HV 2030, which focuses on enhancing the integration of industrial and digital capabilities in the renewable energy sector.

The digital solutions company under consideration has reported revenues exceeding €11 million in 2024 and boasts significant clientele, marking it as a leader in leveraging geospatial data and artificial intelligence to aid climate risk assessments. The acquisition is backed by a Letter of Intent (LOI) aimed at securing 100% of its capital, signifying a robust step toward developing Vergnet’s expertise in energy resilience.
