In the women's event, Caroline Joussier from Nogen Natation 94 emerged victorious, completing the race in a time of 1 hour, 55 minutes, and 9 seconds. She narrowly defeated Inès Delacroix from the Cercle des Nageurs de Brest, who finished just two seconds behind, while Lou-Ann Gaudaire took third with a time of 1 hour, 55 minutes, and 12 seconds.
