BioEsol, a Mexican startup, has announced a significant investment of €35 million in France to develop advanced AI-driven energy management solutions. This strategic move, disclosed at the Choose France 2025 summit, reflects BioEsol's decision to relocate its headquarters to Paris, enhancing its access to European markets and aligning with France's ambitious climate goals for 2030.

The initiative will create 50 jobs in Isère and includes a €50 million financing plan for clients through an innovative Energy as a Service (EaaS) model. This model allows industrial firms to optimize energy consumption in real-time, significantly reducing operational costs and addressing issues related to renewable energy intermittency and compliance with new environmental regulations.

Felipe Arriola, CEO of BioEsol, highlighted France's appealing regulatory framework and vibrant technological environment as key motivators for this expansion. BioEsol plans to commence its initial commercial projects in 2025 and has already secured $15 million in funding for these efforts, aiming for a larger fundraising round to further enhance its European operations.
