Since its inception in December 2021, the organization has rescued 12 tons of produce from waste, providing economic benefits through the creation of customized preserves, while also aiding 40 individuals distanced from employment over the last three years.

Operating out of La Bouillonnante, a cooperative space dedicated to food transition, Bocalenvers has produced over 40,000 jars of preserves, leveraging 48 unique recipes. Foreseeing the impact of the initiative, co-founder Soël Maincent emphasizes its core values: social inclusion, professional integration, and combating food waste. The organization has successfully partnered with over 100 local distributors, selling 20,000 jars just in 2024.
