The second edition of Drôles Festiv’arts is set to take place on June 7 at the Maison éco-paysanne in Le Grand-Village-Plage, providing a vibrant festival specifically designed for children and their families. This event will focus on art, entertainment, and creativity, creating an engaging atmosphere for attendees.
Over 20 artists, including musicians, street artists, and dancers, are expected to participate, showcasing diverse talents throughout the day. Founder Lídia H. Faustino, also known as Bernard'Ø l’Artiste, highlighted the festival's purpose: "It’s a project I have been developing for two years... I noticed that there were no festivals specifically for children and many local artists remain undiscovered!"
The festivities will kick off at 11 AM and run until 5 PM, featuring workshops, games, and humorous performances. After 5 PM, the program will transition to artistic shows, leading up to a dance party led by DJ IØD from 8 PM to 8:30 PM.
Entry is free from 11 AM to 4 PM, with nominal fees for workshops: 8 euros for one, 20 euros for three, and 30 euros for five. After 4 PM, a fee of 5 euros per person will apply with a discounted rate of 4 euros per person for family groups of five or more. This family-friendly festival promises a delightful blend of culture and creativity tailored for young audiences.
