  • • The initiative promotes inclusivity and diversity in recruitment practices.
  • • Counselors will provide career path discussions post-game.

France Travail is set to debut its latest employment support measures at the Garorock and Francofolies music festivals, taking place on July 4-6 and July 10-14, 2025, respectively. The initiative seeks to enhance job seekers' visibility in the labor market by identifying and showcasing competencies through immersive experiences rather than traditional CV assessments.

At both festivals, attendees will participate in an immersive escape game titled "5 Minutes Avant l’Impact." This game, designed in partnership with the Method of Recruitment by Simulation (MRS), focuses on revealing crucial behavioral skills such as cooperation, analysis, organization, and communication. Participants will be engaged in activities that allow them to demonstrate these skills in a fun and interactive environment, helping to foster inclusivity and diversity in recruitment processes.

Following the game, France Travail counselors will provide individualized feedback, engaging participants in discussions about their skills and potential career paths. This initiative aligns with France Travail’s broader mission to cultivate a cohesive employment ecosystem in Nouvelle-Aquitaine with the goal of connecting job seekers with companies and anticipating labor market needs, thereby breaking down barriers to employment.

France Travail operates 77 agencies in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and is committed to innovative methods that go beyond conventional recruitment. This approach marks a significant step towards reshaping how employment opportunities are perceived and accessed, especially in an era necessitating more adaptive labor market strategies.
