Ipsos, a global leader in market research, has officially acquired the Health division of InMoment in Germany. This acquisition, announced on July 7, 2025, aims to significantly enhance Ipsos' expertise in the healthcare sector, particularly in pharmaceuticals and MedTech, creating new growth opportunities in these fields.

With a robust revenue of €2.4 billion, Ipsos operates globally, generating 45% of its revenue from Europe alone. The company serves a diverse clientele, including consumers (49%), clients and employees (21%), citizens (15%), and healthcare professionals (15%). As part of its strategy, Ipsos is implementing the 'Total Understanding Project,' which targets ambitious annual growth rates that exceed market averages. This strategy includes strengthening its presence in key markets such as the United States, China, and the United Kingdom, in addition to France.

Financially, Ipsos is well-positioned with €1.6 billion in equity and €878 million in cash, allowing for further investments in recruitment and technology enhancements. The company is also committed to environmental sustainability, aiming for carbon neutrality by 2050. However, Ipsos faces challenges, including market sluggishness and limited visibility, but anticipates recovery in major markets by 2025.
